Bahamas National Symphony
Orchestra's: Peter vs The Wolf

BNSO will hold a concert on three nights of “Peter vs the Wolf,” a comedy sequel to Prokofiev's “Peter and the Wolf”. Recently, the government awarded the orchestra a National Entity Statis and is now named: the Bahamas National Symphony Orchestra (BNSO). All interested grade 6 standard musicians are encouraged to join. Places exist in strings, oboe, bassoon and tuba. Musicians below grade 6, with musical instruments or percussion sticks, can join the Bahamas Debut Orchestra to train. The BDO offers weekly lessons through its Saturday School Programme. The Bahamas Music Conservatory, the education wing of the orchestra, rehearses at St. Andrews Kirk, Sat 3:30-5pm. Programmes cater to beginners for grade 3 or 4 level musicians.
