Apr 24-28 National Family Island Regatta in Exuma The most famous and usually the biggest regatta, held in Elizabeth Harbour, George Town, with much festivity. Eleuthera Airport and ride to any of the six turning kiosks as far as Governors Harbour to register your distance. Established by VMG Racing, a pro/am international sports foundation founded in 2004 by Mark Holowesko to manage, promote and support athletes in several sports such as biking and sailing. Ride for Hope is VMG's major philanthropic event, supported by the Lyford Cay Foundation and sponsors Million Air, Bahamas Ferries and New World Aviation.
