The highlight of the Christmas holiday. Features colorful costumes, pulsating drums, horns and cowbells, children and adults vying for first place in the dance, costume drumming and belling categories. The winning group receives a cash prize. Held 1 am - 9 am, on Bay and Shirley St's.
