Prince Edward Visits for Governor General's Youth Award's 20th Year

His Royal Highness The Earl of Wessex KG KCVO ADC, comes to Nassau to celebrate 20 years of the GGYA, part of the international Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme network that has challenged almost six million young people in over 100 countries since 1956. The program seeks to extend the GGYA's reach by subsidizing more inner city school children from Nassau and to set up an endowment fund to make the Award self-sustaining.
