Theatre Play: 'The Children's Teeth'

The first production in the new Winston V. Saunders Repertory Season, The Children's Teeth was written over 16 years by Dr. Nicolette Bethel. Presented by Ringplay Productions and directed by Philip A. Burrows. Features an interesting mix of actors: veterans such Theresa Moxey-Ingraham, Anthony "Skeebo" Roberts, Claudette "Cookie" Allens and Leah Eneas and newcomers. The play is about a matriarch of the Williams family, who is struggling to make ends meet since the death of her husband four years ago. Rated C (18 years and over). Performances begin 8:30 pm. Election 2007: Political Comedy

"Election 2007: Count It Again Man Count It Again." A play written by Michael Pintard and David Wallace. Scenes range from drunk voters to impersonations of arguing MP's such as the Rally with Prime Minister Ingraham and opposition leader Perry Christie. 'Developing Blackness'

Presented by The National Art Gallery. The opening of 'Developing Blackeness: Studio Photographs of “Over the Hill” Nassau in the Independence Era'. Exhibition features photographs taken primarily in the studios of photographers Cleveland Eneas, Antoine Ferrier, Sanford Sawyer and Maxwell Stubbs in Grant's Town and Bain Town in Nassau in the 1950s - 1970s.

NAGB Art Teacher Workshop

Presented by The National Art Gallery and the Central Bank of The Bahamas. Workshop is designed for art teachers and educators in general who are interested in adding a creative element to their teaching.
