Presented by the National Art Gallery of The Bahamas. Honoring Bahamian Literary Artist Telcine Turner Rolle. Ms. Rolle is an educator, former junior and high school teacher as well as a former lecturer at college level. Her publications include Song of the Surreys, Once Below a Time, Climbing Clouds, the full-length play Woman Take Two that was part-winner of the Playwriting Prize in the UWI's 25th Anniversary Literary Competition in 1975, and Play Me, a recent collection of three one-act plays. The Nutcracker Suite Ballet

Presented by The Bahamas National Dance Troupe. The Nutcracker Ballet is an epic fairy tale-ballet in two acts by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky, composed in 1891-92, and based on The Nutcracker and the Mouse King, a story by E. T. A. Hoffmann. In Western countries, this ballet has become among the most popular ballets performed, primarily around Christmas time. Human Red Ribbon

Hosted by the AIDS Foundation in recognition of World AIDS Day. The Human Red Ribbon will stretch from Queen Victoria's statue on the south side to Sir Milo's bust on the north.
